- If you enable it, we may collect approximate or precise location.
- Photos you select are used only to provide compression/processing features. We do not perform facial recognition and we do not collect biometric identifiers.
- We do not sell personal information.

2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, username, and email.
- Customer support: the content of messages you send to us (and any information you choose to include).
2.2 Photos and Related Data
- Selected photos/images: the images you choose to select for compression or processing.
- No biometrics: we do not use photos for facial recognition and we do not derive biometric identifiers.
- No training/marketing: we do not use photos for advertising, marketing, or training.
Important: Koyera only accesses photos you explicitly select. Depending on your device settings, this may be "Selected Photos" access rather than full library access.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and similar attributes.
- Usage data and diagnostics: feature usage, performance data, and app interactions.
- Crash logs: information about crashes and errors to diagnose and fix issues.
- Network and approximate location signals: IP address and general region derived from it (when applicable).
2.4 Location Information (With Permission)
If you grant location permission, we may collect and process approximate or precise location. We use location information only for purposes such as improving Service reliability and security, providing localized experiences, and analytics. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.

- Provide and maintain the Service, including photo compression and saving results.
- Personalize your experience and remember your preferences.
- Improve features, performance, and usability (including analytics and debugging).

4) Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and any embedded web content used with the Service may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure performance. 5) Photo Processing and Optional Server-Side Processing
Koyera is designed to minimize data use and keep you in control.
- Local processing: by default, photo compression may be performed on your device, and results are stored locally unless you choose to export/share them.
- Optional server-side processing (if available): if you choose a feature that requires uploading an image or text input to our servers, the content is transmitted securely to our servers solely to generate the requested output (for example, compression/processing). We do not share uploaded content with any third parties and we do not use it for advertising, marketing, or training. We delete the uploaded content promptly after processing is completed.
- Your control: you can decide whether to use any server-side processing features. If you do not upload content, it will not be processed on our servers.
6) Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose information in the following circumstances, and only to the minimum extent necessary:
- With your consent when you direct us to share information.
- Service providers (processors) who help us operate the Service under contractual protections.
- Legal and compliance to comply with law, legal process, or governmental request.
- Protection of rights and safety including enforcing our terms and preventing fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets), with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.
7) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

- Account deletion: upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize account data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
- Usage and analytics data: retained for up to 12 months.
- Customer support records: retained for up to 6 months.
- Uploaded content for server-side processing (if used): deleted promptly after processing is completed.
